MY STORY
Beth is a certified fitness and nutrition coach who has spent over a decade helping adult recreational athletes — women aged 35 to 60 — reclaim their strength, improve their performance, and build sustainable healthy habits.
Her coaching philosophy is rooted in precision and intentionality. She believes that every client deserves a program built specifically for them — not a template, not a generic plan, but a deliberate, data-informed strategy that respects their time, their body, and their goals.
As an athlete herself, Beth understands the demands of balancing training with a full life. Her programs are designed to be rigorous without being reckless, and challenging without being unsustainable.

Beth brings a multi-disciplinary background to her coaching practice. Her expertise spans resistance training, functional fitness, sports nutrition, and recovery programming — all applied through a lens of evidence-based practice.
She works exclusively with adult recreational athletes, which means her programming is specifically calibrated for the physiology, recovery needs, and lifestyle demands of clients in the 35–60 age range.
